Service Description

Manathric Intelligence provides infrastructure intelligence data, research notes, and analytics focused on energy grid dynamics, interconnection queue analysis, sponsor survival modelling, and physical constraint mapping across UK, EU, and US energy markets.

The service is delivered via a web platform, research notes distributed by email, and data API access. The specific features and data sets available to you depend on your access tier as described in Section 2.

Access Tiers

Manathric operates two access tiers:

Manathric reserves the right to modify access tiers, add new tiers, or discontinue a tier upon reasonable notice to affected users.

Permitted Use

Access to Manathric data and research is granted for internal research and investment analysis only. You may:

• —Read, download, and internally circulate research notes within your organisation.
• —Reference Manathric intelligence in internal investment memoranda, committee papers, or portfolio monitoring.
• —Use data outputs to inform your own original analysis, provided the source is acknowledged.

You may not:

• —Redistribute, re-sell, license, or sub-license Manathric data or research to third parties without prior written consent.
• —Republish research notes, scores, or signals — in whole or in part — in any public forum, publication, or client-facing material without written consent.
• —Use automated means (scrapers, crawlers, bots) to extract data from the platform beyond the API access explicitly granted to data partners.
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the scoring methodology, signal models, or analytical frameworks.
• —Remove or obscure any attribution, copyright notice, or disclaimer from Manathric materials.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Manathric platform — including but not limited to research notes, sponsor survival scores, queue intelligence signals, grid bottleneck analyses, scoring methodologies, data normalisation frameworks, and visual outputs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Manathric Intelligence.

Manathric Intelligence retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:

• —The analytical methodology underlying all scores and signals.
• —The processed and normalised data outputs derived from public registry sources.
• —The research note series and any derivative works produced by Manathric analysts.
• —The platform software, database schema, and API design.

Access to Manathric services does not transfer or assign any intellectual property rights to you. Source data from public registries (NESO TEC Register, ENTSO-E, LBNL, EIA, etc.) remains subject to the licensing terms of the respective registry operators.

Manathric Intelligence is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, or investment manager. Nothing in the Manathric platform, research notes, or any communication from Manathric should be construed as advice or a recommendation to take any investment action.

Infrastructure investment decisions involve significant risk. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professional advisers before making any investment or financing decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manathric Intelligence disclaims all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from reliance on information provided through the service.

Data Accuracy

Manathric Intelligence derives its data from publicly available registries and databases, including but not limited to: the NESO Transmission Entry Capacity (TEC) Register, ENTSO-E Transparency Platform, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) interconnection queue data, and the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).

While we apply rigorous normalisation, entity resolution, and quality assurance processes, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of underlying source data. Source registries may contain errors, omissions, or delays beyond our control.

• —Project status, MW capacity, and sponsor information reflect registry data as ingested at the stated update frequency.
• —Survival scores and signals are derived outputs based on historical patterns and should not be treated as definitive assessments of any individual project or sponsor.
• —Registry updates may lag real-world project events by days or weeks depending on the registry operator's publication schedule.

Where we identify material data quality issues, we will note them in the relevant research note or data release. Users are encouraged to verify critical data points against primary sources before relying on them for decision-making.

Termination

Manathric Intelligence may suspend or permanently revoke your access to the service, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• —Breach of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• —Misuse of data, including redistribution, unauthorised republication, or commercial exploitation without a signed Data Partnership Agreement.
• —Automated scraping or extraction of platform data beyond permitted API access.
• —Any activity that Manathric reasonably determines to be harmful to the service, other users, or Manathric's commercial interests.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimer, governing law, and data accuracy survive termination and remain in force.

You may terminate your own access at any time by contacting us at hello@manathric.com. Requests to delete associated personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
